Recently, the Guangdong Quality Association and the Guangdong Excellence Quality Brand Institute awarded SUNTEN the 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Certificate and a 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Medal.
At the end of last year, the Customer Committee of the Guangdong Quality Association conducted a customer satisfaction survey among SUNTEN’s user base and analyzed the data to assess the company’s current satisfaction levels. The report employed statistical techniques to evaluate brand image, expected quality, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. The results showed that SUNTEN’s users highly praised its business management quality, with an overall satisfaction score of 89.00, indicating a "satisfactory" status.
The Guangdong Quality Association’s survey adopts scientific and objective mathematical models and analytical methods, ensuring high credibility. SUNTEN has been recognized multiple times as a "Customer Satisfaction Enterprise" in Guangdong, and this year, it achieved the highest 5-Star certification—a prestigious accolade that reflects customer, industry, and expert recognition of its product quality. These honors serve as both motivation for continuous improvement in quality management and affirmation of SUNTEN’s commitment to excellence in products and services.
The survey targeted SUNTEN’s partner organizations, using phone interviews and questionnaires covering brand reputation, marketing strategies, service experience, safety, reliability, overall satisfaction, and willingness to recommend. The conclusion affirmed that SUNTEN’s customer satisfaction results meet the "satisfactory" standard. Such recognition is rare and stems from the company’s relentless efforts in enhancing operations, service, and quality to build a trustworthy brand.
