Grounding transformers

Product model: DKS (D) C-XX (rated capacity)/XX (voltage level)
Example: DKSC-4,000/35
Main application fields: substations, user power distribution stations and other power systems at 35kV and below.

Product Overview

product superiority

Suitable for power systems at 35kV and below, with a rated capacity range of 10~6,300kVA, a noise level below 56dB, and F (H) insulation class, for both indoor and outdoor application. Widely applied in substations and user power distribution stations.
In power systems at 6kV, 10kV, 35kV, and 66kV, artificial neutral points are widely adopted through grounding via grounding resistors, arc-suppression coils, or other reactors to meet the requirements for power system safety operation and fault protection. To this end, the installation of an artificial neutral point is required in the system, and the grounding transformer is the dedicated equipment to provide the artificial neutral point for the power system.

Arc suppression coils

This technology was first proposed by the German scientist Petersen to solve the problem of intermittent ground faults and ground overvoltage in unearthed power networks, hence the arc suppression coil is also known as the Petersen coil.
