The core unit adopts an integrated vacuum circuit breaker with isolation and grounding functions or a three-position load switch.
The load switch adopts a low-pressure SF6 gas-blast arc extinguishing principle, while the circuit breaker arc chamber uses a maintenance-free vacuum arc chamber. The primary live parts are encapsulated in a stainless steel gas tank filled with SF6 gas, isolated from the external environment. This ensures that the switchgear and all primary live parts inside the gas tank are unaffected by external environmental changes, adopting a maintenance-free, fully sealed, and modular design concept to achieve the requirement of maintenance-free throughout the entire life cycle of the primary equipment. It has the characteristics of small footprint, immunity to external environment, and high reliability, and is widely used in urban grid construction, urban metro, light rail, high-rise buildings, and special application scenarios.
